Fox-3 hand-carries pilot flight gear and aircrew life support equipment to military aviation units, CONUS and overseas. Couriers with flight-crew backgrounds keep every item in reach from pickup to signed delivery. Departures within 24 hours of an order, instead of months in the freight system.
What we carry
Helmets, visors, G-suits, oxygen masks, survival vests and kits. Gear too valuable or too time-critical to sit in the freight system. The courier travels with it and delivers it to a named person.
Base to base in days, not months
Courier departs within 24 hours of an order. Delivery within 7 days, often much sooner. Serves Miramar, Yuma, Lemoore, Fallon, Beaufort, Cherry Point, and other aviation bases.
Overseas units, including Iwakuni
Delivery within 14 days. Passport, customs, and export requirements are confirmed with the customer before the courier departs.
Same-day runs within 250 miles
Drive-and-deliver missions within 250 miles of the San Diego and Beaufort hubs. No airline, no connection, same-day handoff.
Removed before pickup: CO₂ inflation canisters, flares and pyrotechnics, knives, and weapons stay with the unit. Not carried: classified material.

You send item, value, pickup and delivery points, and the required delivery date.
Quote
Firm per-mission price for ground, CONUS air, or OCONUS air. Quote the same day.
Pickup
Prohibited items removed and initialed. Every item photographed and filmed. Custody form signed.
Transit
Gear stays in sight or reach at all times. The helmet is never checked. GPS check-ins at each leg.
Delivery
Joint inspection with the named receiver. Both sign. You get the custody form and photos within 2 hours.
Three ways to order
Air missions by PO
CONUS and OCONUS air missions are priced per mission and fall under the simplified acquisition threshold. Order on a purchase order or blanket purchase agreement.
Recurring moves
For units and programs with regular moves, a BPA locks in per-mission pricing for ground, CONUS air, and OCONUS air so each order is a quick call.
Commercial subcontract
Logistics desks at primes and equipment makers can issue commercial POs for hand-carry to and from government sites.
